Let the couple and family choose
After a wedding, the couple, their relatives and guests may want different photographs as prints. Each buyer can choose sizes and quantities from the offer you attach to the gallery. You set the product prices rather than sending a separate price list and ordering explanation to every person who asks. Agree password sharing with the couple in advance. A shared gallery does not automatically distinguish which guest should be able to see each photograph. Deciding who receives access remains part of your photography service and the arrangements for that wedding.
Make a large collection easier to explore
Organise a wedding collection around your own working method. Separate occasions can have separate galleries, and reviewed photo groups can help people navigate within a gallery. The cover-based group selector leads to the relevant part of the collection; it does not restrict the entire image viewer to that group's photographs. Use clear labels and recognisable covers, then check the buyer view on a phone as well as a computer. You remain responsible for telling the story through your photographs; the software helps customers find and order what they want.
Keep track during a busy season
With several assignments running at once, it helps to keep selections, payment states and preparation for fulfilment together. Filter the order list to your own galleries and review the items before sending anything to your lab. On Profi, your own Google Drive connection can also organise files into order folders. Buyers entitled to digital products receive download access through the order workflow. Printing, packaging and delivery do not become automatic simply because an order arrived online. You still choose the production process, check the finished products and arrange the promised handover.

How much does it cost?
Two commission-free public plans are available: Free includes 1 gallery and 100 MB of storage; Profi costs HUF 9,900/month or HUF 99,000/year. After email confirmation, every new account automatically starts a 7-day Profi trial with no card details; the trial does not become paid, and without a separate subscription the account returns to Free. Do guests have to register?
No. Buyers enter their name, email and billing details at checkout; they do not need to create an account.
How do guests receive digital photos?
After a successful payment the system emails a download link, valid for a limited time, that delivers the original file uploaded by the photographer.
Where does the guests' money go?
Online payments go straight to your own Barion, SimplePay or Stripe account; Képesbolt never handles the money. You can also accept bank transfer and cash.
Can I see what guests see?
Yes: click through an order in the wedding demo with sample photos, without signing up. No real payment is made.
Do guests need a photographer account?
They do not need to create a photographer account to buy. Your gallery may still require its configured password or email entry gate. At checkout, buyers provide the information needed for the order and the selected fulfilment method.
Does a gallery replace the wedding photography agreement?
No. Your own agreement defines the shoot, sharing rights and promised fulfilment. Képesbolt helps with the ordering workflow; it does not provide a personalised legal agreement or guarantee that your privacy arrangements comply with every applicable requirement.
