Gallery groups and photo groups
Organise galleries by assignment or institution. Reviewed photo-group covers help buyers navigate within a gallery; groups are not individual access boundaries.
Bonus digital downloads
On Profi, offer a digital bonus above a spending threshold. Configure whole-cart or per-gallery calculation, the eligible photos and an optional cart indicator with your own explanation.
Installable photographer app and push
Signed-in photographers can use an installable web app. Request notifications for new orders and completed or stopped gallery processing, with device settings and quiet hours. The operating system also controls how notifications appear.
Order and product statistics
Filter your gallery, order and product data, compare periods and download CSV files. The gross analytical amount is not net revenue or an accounting statement.
ChatGPT, Claude and MCP
Connect compatible AI assistants, such as appropriately configured ChatGPT or Claude. Client access and plan availability also matter. Authorised tools support galleries, orders and other supported data; not every screen feature is exposed through MCP.

Share the link
Your galleries live on your own address — yourname.kepesbolt.hu — behind a password. Send the link to customers or their contact person; it opens in any browser, no registration needed.
Customers place orders
They pick photos, sizes and quantities, then pay online. You see incoming orders in real time.
Automatic fulfilment
Download the ordered photos in one click — with your own Drive they are also sorted into order folders — the invoice goes out, the customer gets an email, and all that is left for you is printing.

Who issues the invoice to customers?
You do, through your own Számlázz.hu or Billingo account. After a successful payment Képesbolt calls your invoicing provider's API automatically — the document is issued in your name, with your settings.
Where are the photos stored?
On Képesbolt storage by default, up to your plan quota (100 MB to 10 GB). The Pro plan lets you connect your own Google Drive instead: the original files stay with you and never count against the quota — we only handle the previews needed for display.
How do I receive the money?
Customers pay through your own payment provider (Barion, SimplePay, Stripe, bank transfer or cash), so the money lands directly in your account — Képesbolt never holds your revenue.
Do customers have to register?
No. The gallery opens from a link in any browser; an email address is enough to order. A password is only required if you set one for the gallery.
How much does it cost?

Can I try it for free?
Yes. After signing up, confirm your email address; your account then activates automatically and your 7-day Profi trial starts with no card required. The trial does not become paid: without a separate subscription, you then use the Free plan with 1 gallery and 100 MB of storage.
